- What is the difference between Virtal Sojourns and the other sojourns we offer?
While all of our sojourns an engaging and unforgettable learning experience, we offer different types of programs tailored more specifically to certain interests. Virtual Sojourns are offered online and can be access from anywhere you have a computer (or tablet/iPad) and an internet connection. All of our other sojourns are travel pograms. Scholarly Sojourns are our flagship travel programs: these journeys focus on subjects you would find in the traditional liberal arts curriculum and are always led by a noted college or university professor. Cultural Sojourns explore subjects from the visual and performing arts such a music, opera, and painting and they offer opportunities to attend performances and explore museums. Active Scholar Sojourns combine a learning experience with physical activity and adventure such a hiking, cycling, or sailing. Epicurean Sojourns are gastronomic explorations of regional cuisines, cooking and other artisanally-produced delicacies such as wine and beer. Finally, Spiritual Sojourns are modern-day pilgrimages and examine subjects of a spiritual nature and are frequently led by a religious authorities or theologians.
- How do I book my Virtual Sojourn?

Your space on the sojourn will be confirmed once you pay the sojourn admission fee. This can be paid by any major credit card. We do not accept checks or cash for Virtual Sojourns.
- How many viewers are allowed to watch for the admission price?
Each paid admission allows up to four viewers to enjoy the Virtual Sojourn from one device. if your group plans to watch from more than one device, you will need to purchase separate admission for each device. - What if something prevents me from attending once I book my virtual sojourn?
Tickets to virtual sojourns are nonrefundable, however, if you contact us at least 24 hours before the start of your program, we will offer you a credit of what you have paid toward a future virtual sojourn.
- Are any virtual sojourns appropriate for children?
In general, Virtual Sojourns are designed for adults 18+. Virtual sojourns that explore history, literature, art, music, and science, however, can also be enjoyed by high-school aged adolescents provided that a parent or guardian is viewing along with them.

- Can I earn college credit for participating in a Scholarly Sojourn?
While many Scholarly Sojourns are designed and led by noted professors form renowned colleges and universities, official college credit is not offered for participating on a sojourn. It is certainly appropriate to list these experiences on resumes and job applications.
