This tour is a carefully blended mix of sightseeing, history, and beer tasting experiences. Early in the week, we enjoy a special introductory program at the renowned Doemens Academy of Brewing, one of the only schools in the world to offer professional training for Brewmasters and Beer Sommeliers. Later in the week, our mornings are focused on city tours and visits to museums and other sites which shed further light on the history and process of brewing. In general, afternoons are reserved for opportunities to taste the beverage we have come to explore – over the course of the week we visit a number of breweries, biergartens, and restaurants where we are able to put theory to practice and develop our beer palates.
